Why Veteran Owned? Because they're Veteran Grade.
Anyone who's served in the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard has been exposed to a more stringent set of expectations than the civilian counterparts. Whether it's physical fitness, respect, preparedness, or attention to detail, a U.S. military veteran is held to a higher standard.
The same attributes that are instilled in a veteran during service are not forgotten after their DD-214 is issued. Those attributes are carried over to the next chapter of life.
Enter Veteran Owned Businesses.
Those who choose to become entrepreneurs after military service know the sacrifices it takes to make their businesses successful. These sacrifices aren't much different than the ones made during service. These sacrifices, along with the drive and knowhow to complete the mission, are the exact reasons why a consumer should trust a veteran owned company.
In the military, those who've been to the rodeo a time or two absolutely cringe at the term "Military Grade." Civilians gawk and drool at the term. But veterans, we know better. We know when products aren't sufficient. We know when certain products won't work as advertised or assist us in getting the job done correctly. We can spot a subpar product a click and a half away.
To me, the tag "Veteran Owned Business" means quality. It means satisfaction. It means that the business owner will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy and to have that customer come back for repeat business. In the military, we strive for perfection. We strive to make it to the next level. That same drive is transferred to the products and service of a veteran owned company.
Now I can sit here and tell stories of how we should all support veteran owned businesses because we're patriotic and love America and all that hooah hooah stuff. But we all know that if the product or service is crap, veteran or not, we won't patronize that business again.
We at Echelon share the same drive for high quality as every other veteran owned business. We build meaningful relationships. We create comraderies, not just customers. If something isn't right, we make it right. We strive for the next level. That isn't Military Grade. That is Veteran Grade.
If you're in the market for a particular service or product, don't settle for less. Go with Veteran Grade.
